My Thanksgiving blessing to you.

May this Thanksgiving find you filled and overflowing with love and plenty. I wish you enough.sunflower-on-porch

Thanksgiving is my favorite time of year. September through January I come alive with ideas. I love the phone calls that happen more often between family and friends. I find myself ruminating on clients successes and business associates great wins. Reflection eats up my time (too much time I’m sure), but I can’t help myself from wanting to spend time in my heart.

If the only prayer you said in your whole life was “Thank you”, that would suffice. -Meister Eckhart

My wish and Thanksgiving blessing for you is that you will spend time and energy this season reminiscing on all of the wins you’re experiencing. If you don’t have a gratitude journal yet, please get one. Find a notebook you love, a pen you’ll appreciate using and each day find five or more things you can say you’re honestly pleased about. I’ve listed things like “Found a dime” and “Mom called” to “two new coaching clients” or “big healing session with C”.  On the more difficult days, when I was alone and feeling lost, my entries were “remembered to make the bed” and “took a short walk”.

Today, you make my list of gratitudes. Thank you for being part of my tribe. I look forward to sharing the 2015 holiday season with you.

With love and gratitude and impending magic–

I am Tam and Tam I Am.
